I work with several insurance plans to help make therapy accessible:

• In-Network Options (for standard therapy sessions): First Choice Health, Kaiser HMO and PPO (formerly Group Health), Regence, Uniform Medical Plan, and Health Management. (Contact your plan to confirm coverage and copays.)
  
  
• Out-of-Network Billing: For most other plans, I can bill as an out-of-network provider. You may qualify for partial reimbursement. I'm happy to submit claims on your behalf or provide a superbill for you to submit. Always check your plan's out-of-network benefits first.
  
  
• Special Note on KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy): I am an in-network provider through Enthea, a specialized mental health benefits administrator that covers KAP for eligible employer-sponsored plans. If your benefits include Enthea, this can help with coverage for this innovative approach.

• Not Accepted: Washington state Medicaid/apple Health or Medicare at this time.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for the expected cost of non-emergency services like psychotherapy if you're paying out-of-pocket or not using insurance. Ask me before scheduling, it covers the total anticipated charges for your care. If your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute it.
